     Frankie's Upstairs

Doc Monos is a solo acoustic project from singer/songwriter Andy Jaehrling. Andy has performed across the US ( Iowa, Washington State, Washington DC, Colorado, Texas and Oregon) since the mid 90’s; mostly in bands, but now as a solo artist. Andy brings a nice mix of Folk, Americana, Blues, and Rockabilly to his original composition, which he performs in a raw, low-fi style. He also plays “deeper-cut” cover tunes from the 50’s to the early 2000’s, by artists such as Muddy Waters, Jimmy Reed, Buddy Holly, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, and Tom Petty, just to name a few.

Description:

Frankie’s Upstairs is an intimate, speakeasy-style space designed for connection, creativity, and great sound. Home to live music throughout the winter months, the room features a dedicated stage, professional sound system, and a full bar—creating a warm, immersive setting for performances and gatherings alike.

Overlooking Main Street and featuring a balcony with views into the outdoor courtyard, Frankie’s Upstairs offers a unique perspective both inside and out. The atmosphere is cozy, a little hidden, and intentionally designed to feel discovered rather than obvious.

The space hosts a wide range of experiences, including live music, private events (both corporate and celebratory), cooking classes, fondue nights, karaoke, and other interactive gatherings. Whether it’s a listening-room show or a lively, participatory evening, Frankie’s Upstairs is built for shared moments.

What to Expect

Frankie’s Upstairs is accessed by stairs and is intentionally tucked away. To find it, head around the side of the building, walk past the outdoor bar, and turn left when you see the hidden door.

Once upstairs, you’ll find a welcoming, music-forward space with a full bar, stage, and views overlooking both Main Street and the courtyard below. Please note that Frankie’s Upstairs is not wheelchair accessible.
